What can be brought?

Waxery allows BYOW (bring your own wine). We will provide cups, complimentary ice, and napkins. Light snacks are welcomed as well.

What is your late policy? 

Waxery would like all clients to be at least 10 minutes early, we will allow a maximum of 15 minutes grace period. After the grace period, if there's another class after yours, customer will lose their reservations without rescheduling options. If no class after,  late fees will apply of $10.00 per person, no refund or rescheduling will be issued.

What is your cancellation/no-show policy?

Reservations are nonrefundable. 
As a courtesy, you may make changes to your reservation date/time pending availability. You have 24 hours before the scheduled reservation to reschedule the time/date otherwise sales are final, and no additional changes may be made.  If you choose to reschedule you have 90 days to do so. If you have not rescheduled within that timeframe you would lose the ability to reschedule. 

No show policy: If a member or members does not show for a scheduled reservation, refunds or rescheduling will not available unless reschedule is done 24 hours before scheduled reservation. Due to timing another participant will not be able to make the candles for you.


What are the Covid-19 procedures?

Due to Covid, we are limiting the number of classes that are available per day. We are trying our best to accommodate everyone. 

  • Everyone including employees needs to wear a mask at all times unless eating or drinking.

  • All reservations need to be booked online ahead of time, there will be a waiting list for cancellation purposes, to maintain social distancing policies.

  • All items will be cleaned before and after every class.

  •  Lastly, if someone is feeling sick please contact Waxery to reschedule, please remember to do so before 24 hours, if not rescheduling cannot be given.iven.
