What are we allowed to bring to Waxery?
Waxery allows BYOW (bring your own wine). We will provide cups, complimentary ice, and napkins. Light snacks are welcome as well.
Waxery would like all clients to be at least 10 minutes early, we will allow a maximum of 15 minutes grace period. After 15 minutes there will be a $10 late fee per person. After 30 minutes the reservation is forfeited with no refund or option to reschedule. Please note, your reservation starts and ends at your reserved time and will not be extended if you are late.
What is your late policy?
Reservations are nonrefundable. As a courtesy, you may make changes to your reservation date/time pending availability. You have 24 hours before the scheduled reservation to reschedule the time/date otherwise sales are final, and no additional changes may be made. If you choose to reschedule you have 90 days to do so. If you have not rescheduled within that time-frame you lose the ability to reschedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
If a member or members do not show for a scheduled reservation, refunds or rescheduling will not available unless reschedule is done 24 hours before scheduled reservation. Due to timing another participant will not be able to make the candles for you.
What is your no-show policy?
All ages are allowed at Waxery but keep in mind the candle-making process involves using hot materials. Please use your discretion when bringing children. You must be 21+ to drink at Waxery.
Is there an age requirement?
In order to provide the best experience for everyone all individuals who are making candles must have a paid reservation.
What is your guest policy?
Do you offer private parties at Waxery?
Yes, private parties are available for 14 or more guests. If you have less than 14 guests, we still offer private parties for an additional charge. For more information on private parties, please call 215-689-8973.
Is there parking available at Waxery?
There is easily accessible metered paid parking. Meters are free after 6pm.
